Trips were put in on Tuesday afternoon. Fished from the far dock Wednesday morning. Threw in my power eggs and fish on in less than a minute. Pretty nice triploid, probably at least 1.5# maybe 2. Re-baited and got a nice 10 incher w/in a couple minutes. I guess all that ruckus scared them away because it was about 2 hours of nada after those first two. That smaller fish was HOT and really bent my rod over when he hit. Nice healthy fish, probably one of those that were stocked last fall. Saw one other trip landed at the first dock, but it wasn't real hot fishing for just being stocked. I imagine those fish are in for a rude awakening when they get pumped out of their pristine, clean, hatchery water, then pumped back into the Terrell Tea.

Went back this morning and tried some trolling (flat-lining dick nites). Marking fish all over and saw many risers but couldn't get one to bite. The guys fishing bait off the dock weren't getting them either.

I was out there today after I heard they went in Tuesday as well. Dock fisherman got 0, one guy in a float tube picked at least 1 up on a fly. I trolled all over the damn place with no luck. Its way hard to troll that lake with weeds growing up within 2" of the surface and even touching the surface in places. I tried wedding ring/worm combos, flatfish, buggers, and dick nites, all flat lined. Managed a few perch on the worm rig.... you know it must be shallow when your catching perch on a flat lined trout rig.
