Walked down the shoreline after the snow flurries finally died off. Found a semi-secluded little calm spot - nailed about 4 or 5 squaw right off the bat ( took care of them in short order ) - shortly after brought in 3 Yellow Perch 5"-6" in length ( let them all go ) Worm & Marshmallow for now - patiently waiting for the Bass to kick into gear. Water is still a bit murky, but can begin to see the shadows and rocks on the bottom at the lake edge in front of the house now, about 1 - 2 feet down.

glastron876. Once had a lady wigg-out on me and my fiancee who "accidently" caught some of her "Pet" sqawfish that were hanging out in the shadows of her boatslip just across from the entrance of the Little Spokane River where it flows into the Spokane! The old bat was dingy as all get out... she fed those fish dogfood. Go figure, we were catching some nice, hard fighting smallies all along that shoreline when we caught her "Pets." The Jigmiester

Jigmiester, sounds like you found an interesting spot. I think I would "accidentally" go catch some more of those PETS. After all, the Crayfish have got to eat too. LOL

Hi guys - sorry it took soo long to reply...
Firstly eustace - I was fishing from Tum Tum area, I live where the Old Forshees Resort used to be so I usually just walk down the road northward and hop the rail, up until just before the hill to head to the DNR boat launch and campgrounds.

Jigmiester - sorry to hear about that gal wigging out on ya...so far everyone I have met has been really good about "taking care of " the squaws as I do - one even let me know that Squaw meat is good Trout bait also - have not tried it yet, but am willing to give it a shot.

FYI - The lake is getting a bit clearer lately - still kind of dank though
