Well, it certainly wasn't a "bad" day on the water, we just didn't catch any fish! :)
My wife actually said "Why don't you go fishing with my brother?"....Uh, um, ok! I haven't been fishing since November, so I got excited.
Hit the lake around noon. Expected there to be a lot of boaters, but only a few cars at the launch. Met a guy coming out who said he'd fished from 8 am to 11:30 and caught one very dark colored 18" RB around 9 am. Quite a few people fishing from the shore at the park.
The weather was partly cloudy with sun breaks and a cold breeze from the southwest. Outside temp. 47, water surface temp around 41 (not sure I trust that number), barometric pressure around 30 Hg (still figuring out my equipment). Water was clear.
I spent my first 10 minutes setting up my "new-to-me" fish finder. Seemed to be working so worked our way toward the northeast end of the lake. The fish finder painted a lot of fish starting about 100 yards northeast of the park and all holding around 12 feet down until we got to the middle of the lake and then, in addition, there seemed to be quite a few fish near the bottom around 51 feet. (This is all if the fish finder is actually working correctly.) My BIL was trolling a spoon with no action and I had yet to put a line in the water, so I suggested we stop a drop a couple worms to the bottom since we were looking for dinner. Stopped and did just that . Hung them just off the bottom and let the wind blow us up the lake. No hits after about 20 minutes and the wind was blowing us towards shore, so decided to go back to trolling. I went with the simple wedding ring and nightcrawler and BIL started with orange flatfish. Trolled at both the 1 and 2 setting on the MinnKota and tried getting our lines into that 12' depth, but never got any strikes. Had one moment of excitement when BILs rod tip dropped like a rock. He caught the prop. Around 2, we were getting cold, so decided to try for some bass before calling it quits. Tried dark green and chartruse grubs from under the docks to around 30 feet of water with one strike on the green. No hook up though. Quit at 3pm without success. Circled the "hole" out in front of the park on the way back to the launch and didn't see much in the way of fish on the finder screen there. If the fish finder is correct, then all the fish are in the middle and on the northeast end of the lake.
Of the few other boats on the water, we didn't see anyone land any fish while we were there. Not surprised, but happy to be fishing again!

With the change in weather I think it was tough catching all over Western Washington on Sunday. Lake Washington was dead, 6 fish weighed for the tournament on Sunday vice 20+ on Saturday.
