My sister lives out there on Anderson Island and I was doing my nephew a favor by driving the motorbike he just bought out to him. Well, some jerk called in a bomb threat on the ferries so I got stuck out there for the day.
It ended up not being a bad thing. As always I had my gear on me, so I asked where the good fishin was at. There are two lakes out there, Florence and Josephine. Florence is open to the public, but Josephine is private, you just need to have membership to the Country Club to use their little docks all over this lake! Well my sister works at the club, which is as good as a membership.
Anyway, we went out and had a good time. I was the only one to catch something, but it was a nice at least 4 lb rainbow. It was beautiful! I will post the pictures as soon as she sends 'em too me! They were telling me that the fishing here is great! I am going to try to get more info on this lake, and hopefully there is some public access!
