Went to Kellogg today. Got on the water at noon and fished until 3:30 Headed to the big lake and fished around the old pier using top water plugs and floating Rapalas. Got one small hit on the Rapala but missed it. That was it...
I was in a 10' flatbottom and didn't have to much trouble getting past the beaver dam. About 2:30 it started pouring and hailing too. I had to row back to the ramp because the battery on the trolling motor shot craps on me.
I gave this outing a 3 because the lake is beautiful and other than the rain and hail the water was like glass.
I picked up a net full of garbage from around the ramp. If my mom saw these guys doing she would "shwap" them a good one.
