Just visiting, i decided to try fishing the Sun Lakes Area.
Floated inflatable rafts in Lake Lenore first... Hit the public access off the east-side of the highway. The lake was big in area but no more than 10 feet deep in any spot, and filled with weeds. Had fun rafting but didn't even see a fish. Think next time I'd try the west-side of the highway where it looked deeper.
Had better luck up the road in Deep Lake.
