I took out a friend who fishes with me every year in Islamorada and Sitka onto Puget Sound to mooch for KINGS. Perfect weather, water and bait showing. Just no fish and we didn't see any caught as well.
So at 10 AM we pull out and head to Lake Washington.
Only fished for 11/2 hours and caught 5 Cutts. 4 of them were around 19-20 inches and about 4 lbs.

Caught the fish up between Kirkland and Juanita Bay. 25 to 40 feet down. Tiger perch #2 spoons. 1.7-2.1 mph

As usual fishing was easy. Unfortunately, it seems very few fish this lake. Unfortunately as well is the fact that right now it is better fishing than area's 10 and 11
