Went to check out Sammamish with Fishinislife. Only been here twice, and that was during the spawn a couple of years ago, first time here for summer fishing. Found smallies on deep water docks. using dropshots and cranks. Caught a bunch, but nothing bigger than 2.5 lbs. Oh well, fishing was consistent and had a good time excluding the boat traffic, those guys were out at 6:00AM water skiing around the lake.

Good job kzoo,..I wanna hit Sammamish at he end of the month,..need to talk w/a few more members before I head out,..looking forward to it though,..usually fish Lake Wa but slowly getting tired of it!

Next week for the Extravaganza BBQ we have to land a big fish. No More Dinks.

Oh and trolling a flatfish tipped with corn on the flyrod is the way to go. Nice. LOL ;)

You thank being out there early skiing is something, Went to Sammamish in February and they were skiing in app. 46 degree water !!!!!!????????

Good job guys , sorry the lake gave so many small fish , it's tuff to get anything over 3lbs right now .. but they are out there ..:-) BBD
