My wife and I got to the lake in mid-day heat, (+-85 degress) around 1:30 pm. As far as people fishing, the lake wasn't too busy. We slowly trolled a worm weighted with a couple split shot sinkers. Within 2 minutes I had my first tiger trout which I pulled from the edge of the lily pads. Over the three or four hours we were there we managed to pull out five tiger trout and a couple sunfish. All fish we in the 10-12" range and caught on a worm. The rest of our fish were caught in the other side of the lake. I believe we were fishing the deepest part of the lake, which is in the back corner in the center, near the rock slope (I put a marker on the hotspots). This was our first time at the lake, and will probably be back next weekend. Hoping to pull out some fish comparable to those in the pictures of past fishing reports.
