Howdy Folks,

Well not everyday can be a success, and I certainly found that out this morning at Bay Lake. This has to be the weediest lake I have ever seen. Unless someone knows where you can troll without snagging up on all the weeds I am going to have to forego going back to this lake.
If anyone has any recommendations on how to fish this lake with a float tube while trolling with a sinking fly line, I'd sure be happy to get the info. Seems like a nice lake, but so many weeds.

It's a good lake to fish and has some nice sized fish but you have to get there in april or earlier because of all the milfoil during the summer. Right now I'd just say the best place to fish on that lake is from the shore.

It's difficult to get much fishing time on Bay Lake during April because the lake opens on the last Saturday of the Month. This lake should open earlier in the year or have some grass carp planted into it.
