Went down to the Lake WA today saw some really large carp cruising then spotted a cruising bass with my polarized glasses. Fish kept on swimming in and out from shore back out to deep water threw about four different lures husky, banjo, jigpig, crank no takes not a movement even toward my bait . Finally went to the old kalins finesse worm. Drug it right by the fish stopped it shook it boom sucked it up nice fight couple on lookers watched me. One fellow fisherman came by new to the area asked about the lake and gave him some tips and he went on his way. Saw many other smallmouth around and one largemouth no takers on my worm or any other bait all about the same size of fish one did look like it would go probably 4 pounds didn't seem very interested in my lures. Maybe next time sun came out got hot and bright fish seemed to slide off to deeper water decided to call it a day with one fish landed for my many lure effort not bad. Fish was released to fight another day

Nice catch. Good to see someone catching fish from the shore. Not sure if anyone told you this but you kind of resemble Rampage Jackson from UFC

What part of the lake were you on? Nice fish, I hate trying to take a pic of myself (I try it all the time). We need to get you a photographer (aka fishing partner) If I ever see someone with a fish and a camera I always offer to shoot it for them. But I guess if your Rampage (or look like him) people may be scared! hahaha! Good job!
