Well we first got there at about 5 pm'ish... mainly aiming for catfish since people said huge cat fish in there. so one of my poles had 50 lbs test (lol) and another pole had 4 lbs test (for trout and crappie).
we were right next to the dam about 50 feet of water
put on a worm and let is sit out there for about 20 minutes and not a bite.. so i put on a bobber and a jig on my other pole and tried for some crappie and even trout.. not a nibble. seen huge fish jump across the lake and one fish jumped 4 feet from the shore haha. but next time i go out I'm bringing a boat.
