6/4/2008 9:32:00 AMBoy - it was windy last evening out there! I haven't fished the Juanita Bay area, but I'm thinking of working a route that goes from Champaign Pt, south thru Jaunita, then pass Waverly beach - then across the lake to Magneson, up noth thru Sand Pt, then pass Thornton creek, then up to Mathews Beach - then back across to Champaign. Haven't done it yet, but if I do, & have success - I'll post it.
I'm not fishing today - I may go out on a friend's boat tomorrow (depending on the weather) who is pretty familiar w/ the south end of the lake. He's going to show me some of his favorite spots, depths, etc.
I've had a few cutts filleted, pan fried w/ a little olive oil, butter & Johnny's seasoning. When the weather warms up - I look forward to some grilling. Also, I'm looking at getting a smoker. However, most of the fish I've kept so far, have gone to my neighbosr. They're a big family & told me they'd take all I have to offer. That was before I started bringing them all these fish! I'll be releasing much more fish then I actually catch.
Cheers!

I pan fry my cutts in olive oil and lemon pepper. Mmmm
