tried Lake Sixteen for the first time this year. Saw a few fishing rising, but didn't connect with anything myself. Used buggers, nymphs. chironomids, all to no avail. I was on the water before 6:00 AM, was the second angler on the lake. Did see one fellow land a trout, had no idea what he was using, but he was working the edges from a drift boat.
