Went to Washington/Union today trying for crappie in my future boat :D. Also tried yesterday, but on Sammamish.
The launch in Bellevue had like no parking so we had to go to Stan Sayres in Seattle.
Got on the water about 3pm and fished till 9:30.
Started out on Lake Washington near seward park, and gradually made it back up to the launch with no bites. Then we drove from there to in front of Huskies stadium. The water had so many weeds, it was hard to even fish with a bobber, but we tried anyway. Stayed about an hour. Again, no bites, but i did get pretty excited when i saw a tiny fish follow my jig.

After that we went to Lake Union through the cut, trying to find mounds in about 20ft of water. We never found any good structure though, so ended up fishing in front of docks. No fish!!
So that was pretty much our whole 6 hour fishing trip.

I would have tried for cutts, but my dad doesn't believe there is good fishing for them, plus he doesn't like trout, and he has been on a mission for crappie in western washington all year.

The only good thing about this trip is it finally made my dad decide to go to Potholes, or the Powder River, cause what ever we're doing here isn't working!

and if anyone wants to know
-The lake was super crowded.
-Really windy
