We Started out trolling a wedding ring and pop gear both with worms, landed 4, lost 4 or 5 at boat. Ended up still fishing at far end of lake with slip bobbers and worms. Tried power bait different colors and fire corn, they preferred worms, a lot of lip hooks was able to shake them off for awhile until we had our limit that swallowed the hook.
Nothing over 10 inches will smoke up fine.
On the water at 0700 off at 1130 hrs beautiful day

Lip hooking a fish with Powerbait or Fire Corn or Worms is considered part of your daily limit of 5. Even if you shake them off.

Surprising that the fish at mineral are really small. There are some gigantic fish being caught, but last I went out, there was just tiny fish (6" maybe)
