Hello There Bass Guys and all anglers , well i hit up Washington Saturday and Sunday to do some pre-fishing for my my tourney there in two weeks . Lets start with Saturday, launched out of lake union with one of my good fishing partners. We hit a Bridge piling on our first stop and on my first cast i got a 3.5lp smallie (sweet). he hit my jig in about 20ft of water .. after that we decided to fish a spawning flat and that's when the day got fun . I landed my first 5lb fish for the year , she was sitting in about 5 ft of water , also got her on a jig . We picked up a few more fish and I was able to put together a solid plan for tourney morning .

Sunday Rfatt and i (tourney partner) went back the same spot , only pulled one 2.5 lb outta there on a crankbait , my only goal that day was to find the right color to use my hard baits . Well after catching a 5lb trout (no bull) i switched colors and i finally got a smallie to hit my crank , not only did he take it but he inhaled that entire crank down his throat . That let me know that i found the money color , i put it down for the rest of the day (mission complete) . So in all this weekend was a good one in size not so much in numbers , guess i can't complain to much i did get a 5 . so there yeah have it guys ..

Thanks alot guyz , I have been putting in as much time on the water as possible . Now if can only get into the money on tourney day ..lol .. KZOO you looked good out there man , now that i know your boat ill chat a little longer nect time . Abdullah NO that wasnt newport shores but it looks like it huh .. Kzoo p.m. me your cell # and we can plan a trip soon , i know we have been missing eachother so far , but we do manage to still get out there .. lol .. Thanks guys

good job guys. i was out saturday from 7.00 to 6.00 and found a good spot with lots of fish by seward park but could not get any bits. guess i need to put more time in. if i don't catch some fish soon my wife will try to make me stop spending money on fishing. not happening. sure could use some pointers. nice fish guys!

Nice Fish Dez!!!! Man I gotta get out there with you. We should plan a trip with Rfatt for Lake Washington. Knock em dead on tourney day!!!!!
