5/10/2008 3:30:00 PMDo the smolt have a "Red" meat? Last year I took a friend to Deep lake in Thurston county. He caught two fish about the same size (18" - 20") when I cleaned them I found one had red meat, almost like salmon and the other had the expected whitish hatchery trout color to it.
