Fished Clear Lake Saturday. Trolled the southwest side of the lake with J7 Rainbow and brown trout rapalas. Had no problem catching fish. Trolling three rods from about 6-9am we brought in 14 trout. An assortment of browns and rainbows mostly browns. We lost around 6 fish. It was great time but we decided to leave at about the right time. We had to weave our way through the boats to the dock. I have a question. What are your opinions on trolling within the buoys? Here is mine. Stupid. Reason being, when turning in for the day the last thing I want to do is dodge a bunch of boats 50 yards from the ramp.
