The weather was gorgeous, so I decided to pull out the kayak and fish south of I-90. About 45 minutes later, this smallmouth hit my crankbait. This smallie seemed real healthy. My guess is that it weighed between 3 and 4 pounds. Nice fish, nice fight. The fish was released.
