Just thought I'd let you guys know how today went out there. Fished from 11am to 2pm and only managed one cutt that measured 18" - I let her go. The word out there is SLOW. I talked to another guy that I know pretty well that fishes the lake and he trolled by me and said he had one 20" in the boat, but he'd been fishing from 7am till the time I talked to him which was 12:15pm. He said real slow. I'm really excited for the lowland lake opener and to have the chance to get out and fish with some of you guys. The word on Washington, from me, is SLOW. Maybe next week will be different, I'm not sure. Water temp is still stubbornly stuck in the mid-high 40's.

18 inches is still very sweet. I'm hoping for better weather soon.

Better luck next time Kutt, I agree, can't wait till the lowland opener. Hopefully some of those stocker have grown a little, especially the trips.

"turbo - silver works great on sunny days. Try gold on cloudy".-- Thanks very much for your advise kutthroatkilla!
