OK,

So I went out to the pier in Kenmore at Log Boom Park. I used to fish there with my Dad about 10 years ago. We used to clean up out there. After seeing the disgusting color of the water (most likely due to the adjacent marina) and all the trash floating around, I decided I'm going to bury that childhood memory. Despite these things, I fished there for about a good 2 hours. I used chartreuse power bait and I didn't get a nibble.

I too grew up fishing on that dock, and I mean in the mid '70's.... in past 10 years I've gone back a few times, and NEVER even had a bite. That whole area of kenmore along the lake is skanky. Very shallow, only about 8' off the dock, and for those not familiar it's probably at least 600' from shore. I too have buried those childhood fishing memories.
