10 am to 2 pm today my son and I fished. Water temp was 48. It was slow but not uneventful. I hooked 2 trout that got away, one on a Z-Ray and one on a Zak’s red worm. My son caught and brought home 2 trout. He caught his on a basic Mepps. We trolled or cast spinners from about 50-100 ft. from the shore. We had an otter pop up and give us a good look over. We weren’t fast enough to get a picture. After noon it got a little breezy and people started fishing. We were the only ones on the lake in a boat.
