Thought I'd give Beaver a go this afternoon after hearing all the rave about how fishing has been red hot. Fished from 11am to 2pm without a nibble. Trolled everything in the box, flatfish, needlefish, roostertails, and no bites. I switched up to fly fishing and dragged a bugger around for an hour with no bites. Not one riser on the whole lake. It must have been too sunny or something. Water temp was 49F and air temp was 46F. I probably won't be going back, but it is a nice lake; the park is gorgeous.

wow, glad you are still reporting :) Chartruese roostertail worked well for me last time on that water.
