Fished lake Wa at coulon from 3pm - 5pm. I started off fishing right in front of Ivars for perch and smallies with just a white curly tail and a 1/16 oz jig head. Then went to the dock and threw a needle fish for a few minutes trying for a cutt. Then I worked the shore throwing at rocks and trees in the water for not even a bite. I heard that free falling a worm off the dock worked well for cutts but no store had them. Saw a few boats working the mouth of the cedar.
