Fished Lone Lake from about 9:30 to 2:00. The weather was great: little or no wind, mostly sunny and warm. When a fisherman starts off talking how nice the weather was, you know the fishing was poor. There were about 25+ fishermen on the water and I heard of about 3 fish being caught. I fished deep, shallow and on the surface. Buggers, nymphs, wet flies, emergers (some fish were rising), chironomids; essentially everything I could think of. No action at all. But the weather was great!
