I went skiing on the Snake River, and while not skiing or wakeboarding, I was in my lawn chair with pole in my hand. Usually I throw grubs or various other lures on the Snake for bass, but I felt lazy today and just fished worms. We were skiing/ fishing on the sandy beach that lies directly across the river from levy park (between ice harbor and lower monumental dams). We were fishing in approximately 30 feet of water on the bottom with night crawlers. We picked up numerous bass, with my 2.5 pounder being the largest. It was a fun kicked back day of skiing and fishing.
