Today was a relaxing day on the lake with overcast skies and a minimal amount of play boats. We did a little cast and retrieving with no success so kicked back and threw out the trolling gear. We tried different colors and different speeds and Bill ended up catching two tigers and 2 smallies on a red 2 inch wigglewart that dove to about 8 feet. I caught 1 smallie on a Bill Dance green and black swimbait. We didn't catch anything until we started trolling at about 4 miles an hour. Yes you read that speed right. All fish were CPRed. Met a couple new friends while out there and hope to see them at the Muskie meeting this week.
