I got out on the water for the early bite and got nothing. Messed around until the after noon when I went to check out the beach decided to troll pop gear with 2oz weight near the damn. I got my first fish a little 10" trout. Trolled some more , but got nothing else. I really want to catch some Macks, but haven't got any. I'm hearing mixed reviews from some people about the fishing in this lake. All in all it was the 4th of July and I caught a fish therefore it was a good day.
