After being blown off Potholes Reservoir on July 5th we hit my favorite lake (Upper Goose). It holds everything... Smallies, Largies, Walleye, Trout, Perch, Blue Gill, Sunfish, Catfish and even Carp (no kiddin' ha-ha). I have actually caught everything listed here except the Catfish and Carp but have seen them (Carp plenty). I was blessed with 6 smallies and 2 largemouth. Mustangman received 3 largemouth, 1 perch and this nice Walleye (3.5lbs). we added it to the fish fry. I always say if you can eat for free when you fish for bass you better take it!! We left after cleaning the 3 Wallies and went to Lower Goose........
