it was our first time fishing this lake this year. it was a sunny afternoon and my son-in-law got off of work early, so we decided to give it a try. we got onto the water at 1600 and we trolled around our favorite spots with no luck. there were 3-4 other boats on the lake and they seemed to be congregated around the northwest end of the lake. as soon as we got near the other boats, wham, i hooked a nice little 13 incher. we trolled around that end of the lake in big circles and managed to pick up 5 fish total for two hours fishing. they were all between 13-14 inches and nice and plump. it was a nice, peaceful afternoon of fishing, and a good group of people fishing there.
