Kress is the coolest spot to fish on the HOT days in the late afternoons with the tall trees on the west side shading from late afternoon. No real bank action until about 8pm, have been able to catch 4 almost 8" bass! great play! Bring bobbers, lots of salad!
Perch are pretty plentiful from shore also but small.
