Started in the afternoon about 4PM, weather was sunny and warm, water temp between 61 - 63 degree's. Partner forgot his floating fly line so we were limited as to what parts of the lake we could work. The weeds are already starting to take hold in the lake. We used olive woolley buggers, which once again was the ticket. The bite in the afternoon was slow, as we expected it to be. About dusk and into dark the bite was on and we hooked and released 4 kept 10 all in the 14-15 inch range. When they hit in the evening they hit it hard and set the hook themselves most of them put up a really good fight and at times we thought they were bigger than they really were. It was a great evening fishing adventure.
