Went out to Tanwax today around 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. No clouds and mid 70's. Payed my 3 dollars to the friendly folks at Rainbow R.V. Resort and went fishing off the dock. Threw on a pink power egg and fished off the bottom. 10 minutes later I caught a cute 8'' trout. I released that and threw my line out again. About a half hour later I reeled in a rope made to hold your fish. Thought that was a sign because I didn't have anything to hold hold my keepers. Next cast and 20 min. later I caught a 12'' 2 pound rainbow. Kept it and ate it for dinner. Lots of those jet ski punks. I definitely will be back to my favorite Pierce county lake.
