me and 3 buddies went to round lake today in search of crappie. my friends had found a new honey hole last time they went fishing so they took me to it. after about 30 seconds my friend caught a nice crappie using a "trout magnet" under a bobber, after this we caught about 20 more crappie. then the weirdest thing happened to me, i was using the same trout magnet and all of the sudden i got a tiny nibble so i kind of jerked my rod and i had a fish on, after i got the fish to the shore and took a look at it, it was a 2-3 inch perch! the fishing slowed down there so we walked to my usual spot and starting fishing the same set-up, after about 1 minute i had caught about 5 more crappie and then my friend started casting right near a sunken log when he got a bite and hooked the fish, it was another perch this time about 8-10 inches. after that we caught 2 small bluegill and had to leave. all these fish were caught on a yellow or gold trout magnet under a bobber. i love how you can catch 3-4 different species of fish on the same set-up its CRAZY! GOOD LUCK FISHING
