This report comes late. Fishing was good at the lake this April so far I spent most of my spring break at the lake. The fish weren't huge but I'll take 1 to 2lbs browns any day. Mike, you went about it the wrong way. you got to use the shiners that live in the lake. You can either catch your own or buy them for a buck a dozen from the maintenance guy. Put them about 3 to 4 feet below a bobber and you're ready. Through the back works best. fish from shore or in boat along shoreline. We caught our limit of 2 browns a day. *Editor's note: I'm not sure if it is legal to fish with live shiners - I couldn't find anything in the regs. Does anyone know about this?
