I went fishing at round lake today, started out fishing along the shore with my fly-rod for bluegills but only had a couple of take while doing that. got bored so i walked around the lake to my "secret" spot were there are hundreds of bluegills, crappie, some perch, and pumpkin seeds. i tried to use my fly-rod but i couldn't cast so i switched to a small tube bait without any weight about 2 feet under a bobber. i casted out about 30 feet and twitched/reeled in every so often. after a while i caught my first crappie after about half and hour and didn't stop catching fish for another hour or so. ended up catching 3 fish but i missed 2 huge bites that pulled my Bobbe under the water for about 6 seconds-unfortunately i looked away at the same time that that fish hit my bobber. i also hooked 2 other fish but lost them at the shore, both seemed to be crappie. good luck fishing
