went to round today to catch some nice bluegill and possibly a bass or two. we didn't end up catching any bass but we caught a mess of bluegill and pumpkin seed on the far side of the lake using worms about 1 foot from a bobber. the school i was casting into was a mix of Small bass, crappie, bluegill, and pumpkin seed. i did not know that those fish schooled together because i know that bass eat bluegill and pumpkin seed. we also saw a huge bass (approximately 5 pounds) swimming around but we could not catch it. this is an awesome lake and the bluegill are finally starting to bite! this lake is going to be one of the best warm-water fisheries in the state as soon as all the fish species start biting (Brown Bullhead Catfish, Crappie, Bluegill, Pumpkin-seed Sunfish, Small Mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Yellow Perch, sturgeon? ) i also now a way to catch all of these fish except these fish except for the catfish beside worm off the bottom
if anyone has questions on how t catch these fish-and you are a member send me a message
