My buddy and I went out to Fazon last night in search of bass. We fished the shoreline for about 4 hours amongst 4 or 5 other small boats and did fairly well. I tried crankbaits, spinners, and plugs, but had my success on soft plastics. I used a 4" twirl tail worm Carolina rigged and managed 4 medium sized bass and two huge slab bluegills that were both bigger than my open hand. The water is warming up, and the majority of this fish I caught were in pre-spawn up fairly close to the shore.

COMPLAINT:
This lake is only 33 acres, and yet there were 3 people on the water using large gas motors to get around..... please, for everyone's sake, stick to your electric motor on this lake, it is extremely small there is no need to pollute both the water and the air (noise) as well as create wake on an otherwise glass smooth lake.
