No Name Lake is fantastic. Spent 3 days there fishing. Other than me and my buddy there were no more than 2 other fishermen on the lake at one time. I was told to expect 10 inch cutthroat, our average was 13 inches with one being about 15. Fish surface feeding morning and evening in the middle of the lake, however the best fishing was 18" off the bottom from shore. The cuts were hitting hard down there, and throwing a pretty good fight. Needless to say that during lunch and dinner for three days we had plenty of fish to eat. The meat on this fish is a BRIGHT orange, and flakes right off the bone. I'm gonna be driving the hour from Spokane to this High Mountain Lake often this year. My buddy was so impressed he said "This lake is worth the drive from Pullman, even if its only for a afternoon's fishing"
