I contacted the WDFW for info on this lake, i found that no public access was available.. bummer...

Thank you for your email correspondence to the Washington Department of Fish and
Wildlife (WDFW) Fish Program.

We checked with the local lands agent regarding access to Ebey Lake, commonly
called Little Lake (name used in the Gazette and "Lakes of Washington"). The
Department of Game previously had an access agreement, however that agreement
expired in 1962, thus no Public Access currently exists.
