It almost seemed had to beat them back from hitting our flies, and it seemed almost anything got action. We had a real problem with setting the hook and getting them to stay hooked. We probably had 40 hits, with one 6" brookie landed. My partner had a triploid on that left his fly in the weeds. I had several triploids strike in a "Jaws" manner, and either refuse the fly, or I jerked it away.

Anyway, we had a good time, even if we caught squat.
