Water level is finally back at summer level. 20mph SW wind was kicking from 4pm on. Temps fell 10 degrees in pretty short order. Due to the white caps worked the shoreline lilly pads close to the boat launch 2 small bass, 3 perch, in 1.5 hours and was finally blown off the water.
