Got out there at noon, and the sky got hazy. Not a good sign. The fish were jumping and the crowd was down. This years fish seem smaller than last years fish by a inch at least, plus not as fat. They were biting, not the normal sunny day bite, but I'll take it. Trolled wedding ring all over the lake. Many bites, only landed 2. The fish probably saw every type of presentation on the opening weekend. The fish seem to be jumping every where. Now if this weather would just clear up, it would sure help.
