Tried Diablo Lake. It was cold. Snowed on me, a little. The Colonial Creek arm of the lake was my target, but there has been a good bit of flood damage (part of the Colonial Creek Camp Ground was wiped out by recent heavy rains). Lots of sediment washed into the lake. That entire "arm" of the lake is muddy and murky. The main part of the lake seems fine. No fish for me, but I'm sure they're there. May go back once it gets a little warmer. Anybody want to fish Skagit River Basin, Sauk Basin, please get in touch (rzh at speakeasy dot net).
