I fish Echo Lake about 3-4 times a month in the winter. The holdovers now average 16-18". This lake is underfished and I get 1-2 fish a month. It may not seem like much, but it sure is worth it for my daughter Brittany to reel in a big fish. It is also a place for her to play and ride her scooter. I like to fish before the spring plant because it makes it more of a sport where the fish are more selective in their diet. I caught one today and gave it to my vanpool driver. Try fishing in the winter, it's worth it!!!!!

This lake is NOT year round. Check the REGs. The one in Snoh, by Maltby is year round but now the King County one.

I know this is late - but I just checked the regs its says the one in Echo Lake in Snohomish is last week of April to end of October. Nothing about the one in King county except the unlisted boat launch.
