Took my 7 year old granddaughter, Maddy, on her maiden fishing trip. We greared up for perch today. Weather was partly cloudy and windy. We went up the left side of the lake after leaving the channel towards the sea plane. Dropped the hook in about 20' feet of water. Over the next 3.5 hrs we mangaged to put 22 perch in the cooler, enough for Maddy's family to have a fish dinner.
She had a great time catching fish and grandpa had a great time watching her. Who was it that said take a kid fishing.
