The fishing was good took out my nephew and his friend (both 12yrs Old) one of them had never caught a fish and he was able to get 2 trout on a gold meps spinner. On the other hand I was able to hook up with about 10 trout landed 8 (approx 10-14 inches) and 2 small bass on the same spinner bait all day; (started about 8am and fished till 11:30am) I snuck the boat in on both sides of the offut lake resort where there were pockets of shade with the bugs just above the water overall a great way to break in a new boat reccomend this lake to people with new anglers or kids great day all around good luck and FISH ON!
