What a day , my brother is up from N.Cal took him fishing at Battle Ground. Got there at 10:30 Heard my brother ask a gentlemen how the fishing was he replied with it was a little slow. I than proceeded to cast 4 times using a rapella two fish needless to say the gentlemen walked away. Used a tube worm a little later had a steelhead take it shot straight out about 30 to 40 yards ,should have heard my line the hook did not set right and he got off but what a rush. Took home between myself and my brother 7 trout all about 16".Also had a great few of the blizzard like conditions when the snow was coming down what a sight dif should have brought a camera on this day. Once again Battle ground has produced another great day of fishing.
