Sometimes finding a place to get out of the wind can produce fish. The tough guys took the high road and fought the wind and waves and got skunked. The Panzies took the easy way out of the wind and found fish [ both smallies & tigers, yes more than one ] Kup & Bad Esox, you should have gone with us.
The book said you are suppose to fish the wind blown side of a point, but the wind was too much even the geese were walking. Besides I get cold easy. The moral is do what you want, let your instincts be your guide and have fun fishing.
